Opulence..... I has it.

Its funny to me I guess I shouldn't be shocked. About 5 years ago I was joking about no spirit brand specificly but the category of vodka and how some of the marketing was out of control. I was telling somebody that we should filter vodka through diamonds and brand it some snide opulent name. Thankfully company this has done it for me. If anybody that buys a bottle of this stuff and they want an honest opinion I'd be happy to tell you what I think of the juice inside. Just send your private jet to me and I'll be there in less than 24 hours.

My cocktail
Really its just a Cynar flip with Uni, but if you're using Uni in a cocktail then quail eggs naturally make sense.  I came up with this when I thought to myself "nothing has a longer finish than Cynar". That is until I thought of Uni.  It's funny really I love both Uni and Cynar Flips at the end of a meal dessert for me.
1-2 tongues of fresh Uni pressed through a screen to remove the strings and then broken up with bar spoon in shaker
2 oz Cynar
2-3 quail eggs based on size or one chicken egg in a pinch
Shake the ingredients without ice in the shaker to integrate, then fill shaker with ice and shake the shit out of it.
Pour through strainer into juice glass up.
The irony of this cocktail is that I came up with it while in a land locked state.
